From a smoke free home, this is EMPTY but has been stored away and is in good condition with the box that has great graphics. I noticed what looked to be a flaw on the cheek of the fish but there is a note inside the box saying that imperfections are actually something called lap marks. I have added a picture of this note as well as dimensions. Beautiful minty color would be a wonderful addition to a fish theme room. This is glass but the tail is made from plastic.
