In good condition. A lot of surface rust, especially around moving parts, but it doesn't affect performance- the y open, close, and slide smoothly and easily, with no extra effort necessary. A little wear on the teeth. The yellow print on the handles has worn away, and there are some gouges in the handles. NOTE- THERE ARE MARKS FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS ON THIS TOOL. There are various nicks, scratches, surface rust, and other wear on it from usage and age. Please look at the pictures closely as they will show the condition better than I can describe.
