They are believed to have powerful protective benefits. They are always displayed as a pair with a male and female lion. The male is depicted with a globe underneath his large paw and the female has a smaller lion on his back under her paw. This is a manifestation of yin and yang, the female representing yin and the male yang. According to feng shui, correct placement of the lions is important to ensure their beneficial effect. When looking out of a building through the entrance to be guarded, looking in the same direction as the lions, the male is placed on the left and the female on the right. When looking at the entrance from outside the building, facing the lions, the male lion is on the right, and the female is on the left.

My sculptures are all inspired by the mountain and fields where I live in Marble Mountain, Vietnam . I look at the textures of eroded pebbles, pickup up them to ornament . And I understood what should I did with bigger block of natural stone.For all sculpture I have combined the outer texture and shape of them before making. I've also been inspired by the decorative sculptural in the museum in the beautiful, close to where I live.
Each sculpture edition is unique as they are finished by hand using several stages before the final and doing polishing

Do they weather with age?
A. The sculptures are completely frost-proof making them suitable for the garden.The sculpture created by natural stone from Marble Mountain.It is very hard and does not matter with weather , cold , hot even snow. This can be cleaned off if required by using a small "wash up" sponge with a rough side to it. This will highlight the statue surface.
Q. Securing the sculpture?
A. The sculptures are made from natural stone and heavy.It is never fall down.The sculpture can then be fixed into a stone pedestal ( Same stone color or different color ) or pushed into the ground to give it stability.
Q. Ordering sculptures?
A. Ordering an additional sculpture in other size or another shape has a lead-time of 6 weeks.
