This item was removed from a 2000 Mazda B4000 Extended Cab w 4X4, Automatic Transmission, and 4.0L V6. 

Item: Heater Core w Climate Control Box Assembly - Please see there is a hole that is in the box.  It can still be used but it should be covered before final install.  Please see photos.
