For 6 Months Old Babies

 

Ingredients: 44% carrot puree*, 24% cereal flour* (corn*, whole-grain oats*, whole-grain barley*, whole-grain rye*), 22% wheat semolina*, 9% pumpkin puree*, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1).

Preparation:

With milk mixture: Boil water and cool to 50ºC*. Prepare about 200 ml of the usual milk mixture. Add 3-4 tablespoons (23 g) of porridge flakes to the bowl. Pour the prepared milk mixture, and mix. 4. Leave the porridge to swell. Cool to a suitable eating temperature.

With fruit puree: boil 100 ml of water and cool to 50ºC*. Add 2 full tablespoons (11 g) of porridge flakes to a bowl, and pour water. Mix it up. Add about 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Mix it up. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.

With milk: boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, cool to 50ºC*. Add 3-4 tablespoons (23 g) of flakes to a bowl, and pour the cooled liquid over it. Mix it up. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
*Do not use too hot water to dissolve the powder better.
