This Hallmark Itty Bittys Snappums Sanrio Chococat Plush Slap Bracelet consists of a flexible plastic band of 1-1/4 inch wide & 8-inches long that makes a snapping noise when bent & forms a circle that can be wrapped around your wrist.  It conforms to almost any size wrist.  The outside of the plastic band is black plush with embroidered fish for the body with a tail at one end & her head at the other end.  Her facial features are embroidered.
