PLEASE READ OUR
RETURN/REFUND POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE:
We are
not able to offer a
NORMAL 14 day return policy for plants as we do for seeds and merchandise.
Plants are shipped in excellent condition VIA Priority Mail, and we
secure the plants in the box.
If, for some reason, the plant arrives dead or broken due to some negligence on
our part, we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement.
You
must notify us of ANY problem within 3 days of delivery(not 2 weeks AFTER delivery),
and send
digital photos that substantiate your claim, NO PHOTOS, NO CLAIM. At least 3 GOOD photos.
Once you've had the plant for longer
than 3 days, its condition is no longer our responsibility.
Also
if you plant the plant in a different container, we can't accept the
return, If you've trimmed the plant, we can't accept the return.
The plant MUST be in the original state shipped in if you are not happy.
