The decorative collar slips over the dog's head and fits around the dog's neck. The collar was made specifically for medium sized dogs, such as Cocker Spaniels. The collar will fit dogs with a neck size up to 14 inches. The collar is made of yarn. It is machine washable. Choose Your Own Color!
