The decorative collar slips over the dog's head and fits around the dog's neck. The collar was made specifically for Cocker Spaniels. The collar will fit dogs with a neck size up to 14 inches. The collar is white with a white, red, and black Pokemon inspired bow tie. The collar is made of yarn. It is machine washable.
