Borola's Lipobor helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The use of Lipibor is recommended as an aid to the changed diet and lifestyle, with the aim of reducing elevated cholesterol levels. By lowering LDL and raising HDL, Lipibor reduces the risk of developing atherosclerosis. Its strongest effect is the increase of good cholesterol (HDL). In addition, Lipibor lowers platelet aggregation, both in healthy and hypercholesterolemic individuals, which is beneficial for patients suffering from intermittent claudication. Lipibor has a synergistic effect with other cholesterol-lowering preparations (statins, fibrates). Potentiates the antiplatelet effect of aspirin. It is completely safe and has no side effects. Method of Use:
The recommended starting dose is 1 capsule during dinner or before going to bed, since cholesterol synthesis is increased at night.
Lipibor has a positive effect on cholesterol control already in the first 6-8 weeks of use. The effect can occur up to 12 weeks. If necessary, the dose can be increased - up to 2 capsules per day, taken 1 each during lunch and dinner.
We recommend Lipibor to be taken if the cholesterol level exceeds 5.17 mmol/l. At cholesterol levels between 5.17 – 6.20 mmol/l, 1 Lipibor capsule daily; if the cholesterol level is higher than 6.20 mmol/l, 2 capsules daily.
