This is an Antique "Acar" 830 Fine Cast Silver and Beveled Glass Hexagonal Frame, likely Danish in origin and circa 1900-1920. It is marked Acar 830 as shown in the photos. To put a photo inside the frame, you must carefully remove the pins from the edges. It measures 7 1/2 inches across and approximately 7 3/4 inches tall. Excellent condition.
