This is an original, vintage book cover dated 1964 book Covers, Inc. Nems Ent., Ltd., Ldn. A terrific item for the collector.
Condition is VG+ (very good +). There is light cover wear on the front and back, however there is a 1/2 seam split. Any question as to condition, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
