Penguin comes with hat, scarf, pom pom earmuffs and a wreath (ornament colors will vary from picture).  All items are hot glued or sewn on and cannot be removed or damage to the stuffed animal will occur.  However, some of the glued items could come off in shipping or just because and just needs a bit of hot glue.  Each Penguin is unique; the face and body could vary from what is pictured.  It is very adjustable so you can position it.
