Vintage original 27 x 41 in. US one-sheet poster from the 1960's historical western adventure drama, THE ALAMO, released in 1960 by United Artists and directed by John Wayne. In 1836, a small band of soldiers sacrifice their lives in hopeless combat against a massive army in order to prevent a tyrant from smashing the new Republic of Texas.

Issued for the film's 1967 US theatrical re-release by United Artists, the artwork was designed by Reynold Brown. It is unrestored and folded as originally issued in fine+ condition.
