• Items normally get shipped out within 1 business day.

• We use USPS First Class Mail (with tracking). Typically it will take 3-7 business days for delivery, during the holiday season it may take a bit longer.

Returns:

No exception.
• We will process RMA within 1-2 when we receive the item back. We refund/replace item only if item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.

* All of our items have small unique identifiers and will be inspected upon receiving to ensure that it is our product that was returned to us before any refund or exchange is provided.
• Unwanted product returns or all returns for non seller mistakes will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
