For immediate purchase is this Cuisinart EM-200C Espresso Maker *AS-IS* for PARTS or REPAIR. This machine is in nice physical condition, programmable functions appear to work, but the pump produces no water or steam. Could be an simple fix but i didn't want to take it apart.
