Rare Vintage First USSR Soviet Russian Computer PC Mouse EC1841A002. It was included with the soviet personal computer ES 1841 — a IBMPC/XT-compatible model.  Device was called a "kolobok" for a round shaped fairy tale creature  because of the massive metal ball, or sometimes a "rat" for its impressive dimensions.
