This bank is the greatest because it has a face that you would not expect on a piggy bank; it's pure character!  The bank is vintage with hand-painted vibrant colors of green, purple, pink, and brown on a white background, a quirky yellow hat on his head, a cigar in his mouth and a wink in his eye.  There is crazing and a small knick on his cheek but all in all the bank is in very good condition.  There is a seal stamped on the bottom which says  MADE IN JAPAN    HAND PAINTED.

The measurements are:  5 3/4 inches long, 4 1/4 inches tall, and 3 1/2 inches wide.
