International Orders: International Shipping makes your experience hassle-free and transparent. The total at checkout includes shipping, duties, and taxes. handles tracking, customs, clearance, and returns. Just sit back and your order will be on the way!

• There will be two tracking numbers in your order details. The first tracking number is from our warehouse to the international hub. The second tracking is from customs at your country to your place of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return within 30 days of an order. It is our utmost priority to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your refund.

• All products must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all labels and tags.

The quickest and easiest way to exchange is to first return the items through the normal return process. Then place a new order for the items you want to exchange for. The items will be on the way to you! All products must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all labels and tags.

• My order shows delivered but I do not see my package. What do I do?
  • Look around the property and ask a neighbor for the package. Carrier may have made a mistake - please give it a few days to see if package gets delivered. Contact us for additional asssitance.
