I purchased a domain on 04-17-18 when I created my webstore account. I was told it would be available within 24 hours. It has now been 34 hours and my domain name is still not showing. I get a message that my “connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information” then I am directed to “go back to safety”. When I look my domain name up on whois.com , I can see where the name has been purchased and it does not show me as the registrant owner. I would like an explanation immediately and an still waiting to hear back from support! This all so frustrating!

@DealtimePro, congrats on your webstore. It is currently showing as secure and active on our side (and quite attractive as well!). Let us know if you need further assistance.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
