We have purchased the CEDcommerce app to sync our BIGCommerce store with Bonanza for automated process of product upload, selling and sync, and so far had only very bad and terrible experience. During an upload of a single product it will erase all the products (in all listed products!!!!) information we have in Bonanza portal like UPC, model numbers, part numbers, place of origin etc. leaving the products description fields blanc so search engines cant see the information during the search process. We have tried to work with the app maker to resolve the issue but so far they just blame Bonanza API for all the trouble and lost data we have. At this point we have to disconnect our stores and do all the work manually. It looks like we have wasted the $ 300.00 yearly subscription. Has anyone experienced the same issues and have you had it resolved? Thank you in advance for all your input!
