How and where can I enter the track number, if not immediately entered, and marked as sent ? Can I enter a track number later ?

Go to recent sales, find item you want to add tracking number to-you will see an option to edit.

You can enter it later by going to the Recent sales ( under the Selling drop down menu). There, enter the tracking number and method (selected automatically) of shipment. You can edit/change it ONCE if you make a mistake.
