Personally, I am not in the gift sending business. You want it, you buy it and YOU SEND IT to the gift receiver.
Be careful if it is an over-ride address that they want you to send it to (instead of THEIR Paypal address).
This sort of situation is RIPE for a Item not received SCAM.
Only mail to the registered Paypal address. Just my Opinion.

You could add your own packing slip, keeping out the price – just search for “Packing Slip templates” and you’ll find a simple one you can download for Word or Open Office.
If this buyer really wants to send the item as a gift it would be a shame to lose a sale over this – but as AtomicDiner said, if it’s payPal, make sure the customer paid using a “ship to” address that’s different than theirs.
Good luck – hope it all works out for everyone.

copy invoice
put in word or some other program
delete price
print it out…
I make my own invoices by copy/pasting into word and adding coupon codes or messages…
since I have a very big family and we do not all live in same state, I am constantly buying items and having them shipped…
All sites I buy from allow a shipping address as well as a billing address…if not I don’t buy..
Good luck
