The buyer received the goods , the review put that he is looking for and can not find your order goods .The order came on time , the buyer was in a hurry and wanted too quickly and early began to look for their goods and put an unfair review . How to be ? Can I contact support to remove this unfair review ? All thanks.

You can try [URL removed] politely ask Your buyer, if she/he would consider to change a harming review, since finally the item has arrived within the estimated period of time (3-4 weeks to US, as stated in the listing) or – if a buyer doesn’t do it or doesn’t check her/his e-mails/messages – You can address it to B. support.
