Shipping policy

• We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from South Korea via Korea postal office by international Air mail.
• We will ship to the address on your Bonanza order, rather than your PayPal shipping address. So please check your address on bonanza before you pay.
• We process and ship orders Mon-Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
• Your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your payment is cleared into our account.

a) Standard shipping: Korea Post / International Registered Item
- Estimated Delivery time: 10-20 days after being shipped.
- But some country may take up to 6-8 weeks due to strict custom inspection.
(ex. Italy, South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)

b) Expedited shipping: EMS
- Estimated Delivery time: 4-8 business days after being shipped.
- For over $100 orders, EMS is strongly recommended.
- Fully insured in case lost and damaged.
- Recipient’s phone number required.
- CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions.
• Insurance has tracking number will provided by KOREA Post and we can use this number to follow up if item lost.
• Only item not receive over 2 months will be considered as shipping lost. Please understand this is oversea shipping, delivery time we can’t control.
•Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

Return policy

•We guarantee your satisfaction and if you’re not happy with your purchase, you can simple return and get a refund or exchange to other items.
•Item needs to be returned within 10 days after you receive it and it should be not used. The items must be returned in all of the original packaging.
•Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, please contact us before return, we will not accept the unauthorized return. Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned items.
•We can’t be responsible for a change of mind or lost mail but if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give full refund.
