Shipping policy

Pillow Decor Ltd. ships all orders via FedEx Ground service with the exception of PO Box addresses and APO/Military addresses which ship via United States Postal Service.

Orders ship within three business days of receipt of the order not including the day the order was received. Actual delivery times may therefore extend from 3-12 business days. Pillow Decor is not responsible for delays due to extreme weather or other circumstances that may affect Pillow Decor’s or its fulfillment partner’s normal operations. Where direct signature is not requested,

Pillow Decor cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delivered to unsecured premises, including doorsteps and entrance ways, apartment building lobbies, or that are accepted or signed for by neighbors or other individuals for the whom the package was not intended. Returns Policy

PLEASE CONTACT PILLOW DECOR BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS
You may return all items sold by Pillow Decor Ltd. within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price less outbound shipping charges. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date your received your items. Please note that for orders that received free shipping, the initial shipping charges incurred by Pillow Decor will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders that are ‘refused’ at point of delivery will have outbound and return shipping charges deducted.

Pillow Decor does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order we will refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:
• Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period.
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
• Any item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume.
• Any custom made products.
• Returns Procedure.

If you would like to return any item(s) you must contact us to request a ‘Returned Merchandise Authorization’ number (RMA#). Please email us at returns@pillowdecor.com or call us toll-free at 1-866-900-8488 between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time). If you are advising us by email, please list the product codes and quantities of the items you are returning.
