Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Items ship within two business days excluding weekends and holidays. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Full refund available within 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item for return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Processing time for you to receive the credit will depend on the payment processor’s policies.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item, no exceptions will be allowed. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
