Our Shipping Policies:

We ship only to the lower 48 states (does NOT include Hawaii or Alaska). We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO’s either.

We only ship to the confirmed address on Paypal. We also provide you with a tracking number in most of the items so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your purchase.

Products sold are new and shipped from the U.S. from multiple suppliers, therefore we are not able to combine shipping or offer local pickup.

Orders ship directly to you from our supplier within 1-3 business days, depending on the time the order is received. We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, please allow 3-10 business days.

All our items are in stock when listed, and our inventory is tracked and updated regularly. However, if demand exceeds our supply, we will offer you: i) a full refund; ii) an alternative item in similar style and quality; or iii) have the item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available again. Your purchase of the item implies that you agree to this policy.

Exchange/Return Policy:

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item, just return it for a full refund, minus shipping cost. Please contact us prior to initiating a return so that we can issue you a refund authorization. After we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
