Shipping policy

We ship most items by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, both with Delivery Confirmation included. We always ship within 2 business days of cleared payment.

After shipment of your package, you will receive notification from Bonanza that your package is on its way!

Return policy

None: All purchases final

We accept returns or exchanges only in the rare event that we have erred significantly in our description of the item or the item is damaged in shipment. In these rare instances, buyer should contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase and await our prompt (usually same-day) reply. We will do our best to work out a satisfactory resolution which may include merchandise credit, exchange, full or partial refund, or other resolution that we can find to be mutually agreeable.

Miscellaneous details

PAYMENT POLICY: PayPal is the only form of payment accepted and we will ship only to the address on the payment.

SALES TAX: Florida sales tax of 7% of the total order amount will be collected for all orders shipped to a Florida address.

PRIVACY POLICY: We will not disclose your personal information to anyone outside our firm. Also, we maintain electronic and physical safeguards to protect your personal information (e.g., computer firewall and virus software, shredding of any discarded sales- and business-related documents).
