Shipping policy
JEWELRY ITEMS:
Message card items with ready-made jewelry normally ship within 2-4 business days.
Engraved and hand stamped items normally ship within 3-6 business days.
Graphic items (keychains/necklaces, buyer photo upload) require additional production time and quality control once we have finalized the details. Items can take 2-3 weeks although we try to ship those items out as early as possible.
Ordering instructions for customized items is provided in the individual item details. Currently items are only shipped out via USPS First Class mail. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery is production time + shipping time.
HOME & GARDEN ITEMS:
Shipping is only available to street addresses in continental United States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO. Shipped via FEDEX Ground.
