Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Items must be returned to us within 7 days in order to receive a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item in original condition, we will send you a prompt refund to your paypal account less the shipping fees. Please ship your item back to us carefully packaged in the same wrap and box that we shipped it out.

  • Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:

Buyer pays return shipping cost. 20% re-stocking fee applies.

  • Damaged or Defective items:

We will issue a FULL REFUND or REPLACE the other one. Damage or defect must be reported within 7 days, no exceptions. Please email picture of damage or defect to us. A return may be required. Refund or exchange, buyer’s choice.
