Re-credit for cost of product

If the customer is not satisfied with a purchase it is possible to return goods which have not been worn or
used and request a refund or Exchange.

Conditions of return
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as originally delivered and packaged in an orderly fashion.
Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes
must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
Damaged goods will not be accepted and may be sent back at the Customer’s expense.
NOTE: Return costs are payed by the customer.

Return procedure
To request the authorization for returns an email must be sent to

within 14 days of delivery, by indicating the order number and item code.
The options are: return, change of size, colour or model.
Collection in Italy will be carried out by Corriere GLS .
To return an item from outside of Italy you can only use International Registered Mail.

Any costs related to import taxes will be deducted from the final reimbursement.

Within 3 days upon receipt of goods Guidi Calzature will send a confirmation and acceptance/authorisation email.
Guidi Calzature reserves the right to examine the items and if the return item does not meet the conditions or
standard foreseen, will send the goods back at the expense of the customer.

In the case where a request for a refund is made the amount refers to the cost of the item and does not include delivery or taxes.
The refund will be made within 5 working days upon receiving and accepting goods.
Re-crediting will be made on the credit card, bank account or PayPal account used by the customer for the original payment.

Goods may be exchanged for size, colour and model. The delivery of item required is free.

Damaged goods
Damaged goods are those that have been received damaged or are faulty.
Guidi Calzature reserves the right to refuse non authorised damaged goods.

Right to withdraw
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement or order without specifying the reason,
according to the law D.Lgs 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo).
This right can be exercised only by customers that are “consumers”
(that is, customers that have not made purchases for professional, sales or business reasons)
