Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Customer Satisfaction no hassle 7 day return policy on most items. Seller must be notified within the 7 days of receipt of item to obtain pre-approval to return. Refund will be issued as soon as return is received in its original packaging (jewelry only) and undamaged condition.

EXCEPTION: Electronics, cameras, books, clothing.

If no 7 day Customer satisfaction return policy is in effect on the particular item…..there will be a 14 day return policy ONLY if the sold item is “not as described”, or grossly misrepresented.
Returned item must be in its original condition. Refunds will be issued ONLY after the item has been inspected.
Buyer pays return shipping in all cases, except where a sold item is not as described.
Every transaction is different. The above policies are firm….but not etched in stone.
Communication is the answer to resolving any issues-I must know that a problem exists before I can possibly resolve it.

Shipping policy

Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase. Money orders must clear bank before item will ship. Item is not sold until item is paid.
Item ships within 2 days by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).
