Shipping policy

· Payment must be made within 2 days after product(s) purchased.
· Sales tax 8.25% will be charged to all orders made within the state of Taxes.
· The order will ship out within 1-2 business days from the date of payment received.
· Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will ONLY ship USPS confirmed address. We are not responsible for any loss mail due to incorrect address or after tracking has showed the item has already delivered to the request address. Any undeliverable package due to incorrect info, buyer pay for the additional shipping cost.
· For international shipping, buyer is responsible for any applicable import and local taxes, please verify your customs office before checkout.
· Most of orders will include tracking information as soon as they are shipped.
· Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Any refund is at the discretion of the seller. We accept returns ONLY when the item is not as described and represented in the listing and pictures. Buyer must notify seller and return item within 14 days of receipt (BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES). If a refund is offered, it is for the amount paid for the item less any shipping costs. The buyer must return the item as it was received with all packaging, accessories, etc. The refunded, if offered, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the sold item. The item must be in the same condition as when it shipped. If damaged in any way, no refund will be given. 20% restocking fee may apply.

We make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If your product(s) received is defective and would like to be returned, please note that customers should take responsibility for the return postage. All customers should contact us before returning any item(s). We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

When contacting us please include:
· Photos of the packaging envelope or box
· The item’s name and model number
· Photos or screenshots of the defective item
· Description of the defect or defective area
