Shipping policy
Your item is processing and will be shipped within 3 days for in-stock items and 3-5 days for custom orders.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the shipping time will be slower than usual, but most of the time, you should receive it within 10-20 business days.

Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsItems must be returned to us within 7 days in order to receive a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item in original condition, we will send you a prompt refund to your paypal account less the shipping fees. Please ship your item back to us carefully packaged in the same wrap and box that we shipped it out.
- Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:
Buyer pays return shipping cost. 20% re-stocking fee applies.
- Damaged or Defective items:
We will issue a FULL REFUND or REPLACE the other one. Damage or defect must be reported within 7 days, no exceptions. Please email picture of damage or defect to us. A return may be required. Refund or exchange, buyer’s choice.
