Our mission is to offer you the lowest possible pricing on every product we endorse and to always deliver them to you free of charge and in a timely manner. Shipping policy

Dragon Sonic usually ships items within 3~5 business days from the day that receiving the orders. A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship out.

International shipping For light weight item, if you choose USPS first class to ship internationally, transit time may vary from 7~21 business days. We will ship your order for free shipping.
In most case, no Custom duty is collected. However, if there is any, buyer is responsible for Custom duty. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Please contact your country’s Custom before placing any orders. If you have any further question, please feel free to contact us.

Return policy

Return policy?
Please read the following return policy carefully before you unpack the product(s).
Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. We will NOT accept any washed or damaged returned products.
All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing.

If you are not satisfied with the products or services, PLEASE contact Dragon Sonic first before leaving Negative or Neutral feedback. We are willing to solve any issues immediately. You may contact via the shopping portal or via e-mail to
service@dragonsonic.com for any questions/concerns.
Please email with your order information and reason for return. The Customer Service will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays. The distribution center will not accept any returned package without RAN. If you need immediate assistant related to your return, please contact by phone or leave a voice message at (563) 265-1412.
