Shipping policy

All our national and international shipments are made via FedEx and tracked.

Once your payment has been confirmed we usually manage to ship your purchase order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer.

Before shipping out any goods we always quality control each item. All original tags are included, confirm there are NO defects on any of your items and that all additional accessories are included.

We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return your product, you should first email

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it’s original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and trackable shipping service otherwise we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

if you wish to return the order because the wrong size/product was delivered or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment.

The customer must provide photographic evidence for any defected products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 10 working days of receipt of goods.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
