Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We love Vintage and appreciate fashion. “Made in Italy”, as many other excellences around the world, is struggling to survive in today’s society. We strive to keep it alive, enabling our customers to appreciate what Italians excel in. Our customers are our friends. This is a natural consequence of how we work: impeccable service, problem-solving and friendly communication are what we do best. I like to call our products “pre-loved”, or items which have been worn or used, but are in pristine condition. Luxury fashion is very expensive, and only a limited number of elite customers can afford it. Our aim is to broaden this circle. We are gradually paving our way to success by basing our work on PASSION – DEDICATION – EXPERTISE – LOVE – MUSIC

Shipping policy

All our stores, including eBay stores “CIOCCI”, “OPHERTY” & “CIOCCIOPHERTY” all combine shipments, with multiple items. For combined shipments, feel free to ask prices – we do the best we can to have you save money on shipping.

Average delivery: from 3 to 7 days. Shipments are insured at our discretion.
We are NOT liable for any custom duty or import cost charged by your local customs. Our stores are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused to items during shipment. Purchases made via PayPal will only be shipped to the verified billing address on file.
IMPORTANT: if your shipping address is a PO or MAILBOX, we would need to ship through registered airmail. This will take about 15 to 20 days to reach any worldwide destination. If you prefer expedite DHL shipping, then send us an alternative shipping destination.
- Import duties and taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- These charges are typically collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
- Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
