We are graphic designers with a passion for expressing our custom artwork on many different products. We feel that what we offer not only adds superb functionality, but also accomplishes this with your own unique Flair!

It is important that you have peace of mind whenever you are shopping online, and our job is to make sure that what you see is what you get when you buy from us.
There are plenty of similar shops out there with lower prices but they do not have the same superior quality of our products, great designs nor the commitment to give you the best products and support.

Within our shop, you can also express what you want and turn them into reality!

Shipping policy

Unless the Item is Special Order/Custom-Made, we generally ship within 2-7 Business Days after payment it received. See item description for more details.

Estimated shipping times
North America: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Other Countries: 2-4 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Worldwide Shipping Policies – Customs and VAT Tax
Majority of our orders are made and shipped from the USA. Which means depending on your country, you might be subjected to additional VAT tax and customs fees upon receiving your order. Always check with your local customs office for specific fees and details. Buyers are responsible for any extra charges.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 30 days

Since majority of my items are “MADE TO ORDER”, I do not accept returns or cancellations as the product will start being made very soon after you order it.

However, if there is any mistake on my part with your order, I will ALWAYS fix it for you – you will be sent a replacement with the correct product free of charge or whatever will be needed to make you happy with your purchase.


Nobody is perfect and mistakes could happen. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please do CONTACT ME FIRST BY BONANZA MESSAGING – I will make it right for you every single time.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take for my item to get delivered?
A: Depending on the level of customization in your gear will vary the time it takes to get to you. You will get majority of our items within 7-12 business days of ordering. Most items however will ship much faster than that, while others such as the wallet phone cases, it may take longer because they will be shipped from overseas. See item description for more details.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive the tracking information as soon as the item is shipped to you.

Q: Do you do personalized orders?
A: Sure! I do everything myself and so will make it for you as long as your request is clearly stated in the NOTES TO SELLER of your order – order the design you like, tell me in the notes section what you would like to change and how – example, put a name on the back of the mug (unless custom, every design is double sided) instead of the design, change the name/family member/hobby/profession in the design etc. The more info you give me the better :)

Q: We accidentally ordered the wrong size, how can we change it?
A: If the item hasn’t been made yet, we can change the size of it still for you. If it’s already on the way to you, then it’s a bit tough because it’s already been made. If not, please contact us ASAP and we will get the size changed for you, most people notice it right after they order and we can get it switched for them pretty easily. Send us an email and we’ll let you know.

Q: The mug I received was broken, how can I get a new one?
A: Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn’t take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a PHOTO with the broken mug and your order details and we’ll get you a new one out!
