Shipping policy


SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS (Local and International).:


We ship all orders within one business day (once payment is received).

We reserve all rights in choosing appropriate carriers for buyers; USPS, UPS or FedEx. Customers can request specific carrier but might require additional fees.

The flat rate Shipping and handling stated above is fixed and applies to addresses in U.S. 48 continental states only. Offshore U.S. territory will need additional shipping quote; feel free to ask. Flat rate shipping & handling ensures efficiency, safety and speed of your purchase. We usually use UPS ground guaranteed and insured delivery within the US. Occasionally, we USPS 2 to 3 days priority mail. Additional shipping fee is needed for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, PR. We ship orders to local P.O. Box, APO/FPO address via USPS at No extra charge, so please feel free to buy!

International Buyers – Please Note:.

Due to the complex nature of the shipping industry outside the US, we are not responsible for the customary fees, taxes or other backdoor costs associated with the destined country.

Please ask us for the shipping quote to your country before buying. We offer discounted international rates for our customers. We ask that customers seek out these details before purchasing. Contact us through email if you are an international customer. We are responsible only for the immediate shipping costs from the US. We use only USPS for foreign purchases due the fact that it entails the least problems and costs in the destined countries.

Combined Shipping:.

Shipping discounts are only available if you purchase in one single transaction. Ask for your discounted combined invoice before making any payments. We do not give discounts if you pay separately or already paid before we sent you a combined invoice. If you are purchasing with our new shipping policy, the combined items should be automatically computed by the program and therefore you do not need to ask us for an invoice. The following are rare cases in which combined shipping discounts cannot apply

1. When items are too large to be packed together-packing them together may cause damages to the products.

2. When items are fragile-packing them with other products may cause unwanted damages.

3.When items are very heavy-This may also cause damages.

4. We will notify you if this phenomenon occurs. Again, these are rare cases.


The safety of your products is of prime importance to us. However, insurance is up to your discretion and we cannot be held responsible for lost items nor damaged items due to the shipping carriers’ negligence. Some items, by their nature, require insurance and we would state them clearly in the items’ pages.

No exchanges or returns will be made unless item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. We cannot accept returns for the following items:

1. Any item with no original box.

2. Any item that has been used.

We are not responsible for the shipping of items back to our warehouse if the return is not due to our fault. We will only give credit for merchandise received based on original claim made.We will ensure the best quality of products to be shipped to our customers. Please inspect all merchandise carefully for any damages or defects upon receipt of item. Any damages or defective products should be reported within 7 days upon receipt of order. Failure to do so within the time specified may result in forfeiture of credit for damaged/defective items. Incorrect items will only be refunded if it is due to our error.
