Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Dear Valued Customer,

If for some reason you’re not satisfied with our service or product quality, please contact us within 30 days after you receive your order. You will need to return the products to us in their original package and we will FULLY refund your money (less original, shipping, handling, and minimum 15% of restocking fees may apply) after we receive the order. (We will provide a pre-paid shipping label when you made a return request within 30 days after you receive your order)
Any detective item must be returned with 30 days after the buyer receives it. All items must be sent back in 100% unused and brand new original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e, you received the wrong item, different than the one you ordered, or defected items), then we will take care of the shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
