Shipping policy

We dispatch Monday through Friday

Items purchased during the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. We aim to pack and dispatch goods as soon as possible. During busy times or national holidays, your parcel could be dispatched within two working days.

Postage, packing and delivery times

We reserve the right to ship with the method of our choosing unless specifically instructed otherwise.

The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch. A full postal address must be provided as we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay in receiving your parcel.

Economy/standard delivery – Four to 10 working days

Express delivery from one to three working days

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. For more accurate information, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

What delivery carriers do you use?

We use either USPS, UPS or one of our other delivery partners.

What if no one is in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery. If there is no one available to take delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise you of this or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the carrier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Do you combine shipping?

We always combine shipping for up to 5 items depending on weight and excludes shoes.

You will pay full P&P on the first item or whichever item in your order has the highest shipping rate, plus an agreed amount for each additional item depending on whether economy/standard or express delivery is selected.

Can I ship to a different address?

By Bonanza rules, we must ship items to the PayPal delivery address only. If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, please simply change the address of your PayPal account.

If you change your mind, you have 30 calendar days to return your order from the day you receive your items.

Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with the original tags, and packaging in place. We may make deductions from your refund for damage or wear and tear to items if they not received back in the original condition.

We will only refund the original cost of the item’s price and we will not refund any postal costs for the return unless the problem was a fault of ours.

Please note that items remain your responsibility until they reach us and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we do not receive your rejected or returned goods.

How long will my refund take?

We will issue a refund within three days of receiving the item back using the same method of payment you originally used to pay for your goods.

What do I do with faulty items?

Please notify us immediately of faulty items for return approval and return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault. You may be asked to provide photo evidence of the fault; please be patient with our customer-service team in this regard.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. Faulty products will be refunded in full within three days of the date we receive them back, including a refund for reasonable and pre-approved delivery charges if the fault is ours. However, if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Can I exchange items?

Sorry, but we currently don’t offer exchanges. You can return your item to us for a refund in accordance with our return policy, but you will need to place a new order to get the preferred item of your choice.

How do I return an item?

We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service as we cannot refund items if they are lost in the post or delayed for any reason whatsoever.

On the side of your return parcel receipt, please write your user ID and last name in large uppercase letters and please declare the parcel as “Return Goods.”
