Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

RETURNS:
Contact us via email for the RMA#, and Return Address.
Items returned to any address that is not provided by us will not be honored

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the Manufacturer’s Box, with all inks, disks, materials, accessories, manuals, packaging, and original contents.

Items are inspected, the UPC and Serial numbers are confirmed before a refund is issued.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer

Refunds will take 3 – 5 Business Days after the Item is received back to our Warehouse, for inspection, and verification.
