Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Wood Bee Bizzy™ is excited to offer rustic and unique handcrafted home decor and gifts to buyers all around the world. Our company offers rustic signs, custom wood knobs, drink coasters, wine stoppers, coat racks, decorative horseshoes, magnets, and more! All of our items make great gifts for any occasion. *NOTE ABOUT OUR HANDMADE KNOBS: these knobs are handmade, not made in a factory so these will have handmade characteristics. Some of the designs we have to place small relief slits so that the paper design lays flat on the domed knob; we try to disguise the slits, but sometimes we just can’t with certain designs. Some of the designs might not be perfectly centered on knob as these are hand placed. To us this just adds the charm of what handmade items entail. Each knob has a pre-drilled hole but the holes are not pre-threaded so screw will seem snug at first but all the screws are the perfect size for the knobs. Best way to attach these is with a power drill with good pressure. The screw(s) that are included are 1.25" in length and will fit most cabinets but not all. You may have to adjust or purchase longer screws at your local hardware store. These knobs are fun with so many themes to choose from and we love that each knob is slightly different as it shows the work that we put into each one. We consider each knob to be a work of art created by Wood Bee Bizzy. We put quality work into these knobs and that is why it can take up to 5 weeks to make your knob(s) and get it shipped to you. Any order larger than 30 knobs can take up to 5 to 6 weeks. You will have one of a kind knob(s) that you cannot find in any retail store. Please be sure to look at all images and use the zoom tool to take a good look at all details before ordering. Please ask all questions you may have about the knob, knob design, or process before ordering. We want you to be a happy customer. As per our shop policy there are no cancellations or returns on any of our made to order items (includes custom knobs).

*PLEASE READ FULL LISTINGS before purchasing. After you purchase please DO NOT send questions until you have read listing in it’s entirety as we are sure you will find all the information you need to answer your questions. Please do not email us asking us when your knobs will be shipped as turnaround is up to 5 weeks (give or take a little). If you order more than 20 knobs then we can take up to 6 weeks to ship your knobs. It’s possible we could take a few days after the scheduled shipping date but no more than a week. We appreciate you being patient with your order. By purchasing our products you are agreeing to this shipping time and all policies by Wood Bee Bizzy.

Shipping policy

  • All of our items will be packed with tender loving care to prepare for shipping. Items are shipped First Class and priority mail with the US Postal Service unless otherwise noted in the listing. We ship items within 1 – 5 days of cleared payment unless they are MADE WHEN ORDERED items such as wood knobs, signs, wine stoppers, coasters, etc… which will specify shipping time in listings. All of our knobs take up to 5 weeks to ship out and are shipped first class unless you order more than 25 knobs. All other made to order items have their own shipping times (see listings). If you want to add expedited shipping, please let us know BEFORE purchasing as there will be additional charges.

>>> THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO TAKE NOTE OF: If you purchase an item from Woodland Crew Inc. you must make sure at checkout that you choose the correct shipping address. If you message us and tell us you need the item shipped to another location after you already finished the transaction, we can make note of the new address but we cannot guarantee your item will go to that address. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they put correct mailing address before finishing the transaction. As per our policies, we do not cancel transactions so please be sure to input correct shipping address for each transaction made through our shop. With all the orders we get it makes it very difficult to keep track of all the address changes.

HOLIDAYS: If you are ordering a made to order item 2-3 weeks before any major Holiday your order shipping date can be extended by a few days as we get a lot of orders for the Holidays (especially the signs) so please take this into account when ordering.

*We STRONGLY suggest that you add insurance (Message us before purchasing and request insurance as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or returned packages). If a package is returned to us we will request additional shipping/handling fee to resend the package to you.

>>>NOTE: If the postal rates increase before we ship your item we do have the right to ask for you to pay the difference in shipping/handling fees as that is the responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse to pay the difference then we will not be able to ship your item until full shipping/handling fees are paid to Wood Bee Bizzy™.

  • For international buyers: You are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Wood Bee Bizzy™). We will not mark items you have purchased as a “gift” on the customs forms. This is against the law so please do not ask!

>>>International Buyers: Wood Bee Bizzy™ ships all orders FIRST CLASS International. If you would like your items shipped PRIORITY you need to message us first before purchasing item(s) so that we can add the extra shipping charges. It’s your responsibility to request insurance for your order as we will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or returned packages. If a package is returned to us then we will request additional shipping/handling fee to resend package to you. Once we have shipped your order it is out of our control and it’s in the hands of the postal system. When buying Internationally you are taking on the risk so be sure to have insurance added to your shipping charges (just send us a message and we will be happy to add insurance). If a package is lost, damaged, or returned it will be up to you to contact the postal service to resolve any of these issues. You will receive a tracking number that you can use when talking to a postal representative. <<<

  • Due to United States federal law, Wood Bee Bizzy™ DOES NOT ship to the following countries: Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Any transactions which originate from and/or request shipping to these countries will be canceled.
