Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

• Unless otherwise stated all our merchandise will carry a 30 day warranty (time based on track-able delivery date). Please note items ordered in error e.g. wrong model, buyer’s remorse/change of mind will be subject to either a 15% restocking fee or the initial (outbound) postage/shipping cost whichever is higher (if item had free shipping.. cost will be unmasked).
• If a return is agreed upon, return item must be received in 10 days.
• We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier, but will always provide a web based tracking #.
• Our electrical items are marked internally as well as externally by use of ultraviolet paint, any tempering e.g. opening up of the unit will void warranty. Damages incurred after delivery e.g. due to improper installation or mounting are not covered by warranty
• Items described as untested, salvage or for parts are just that… untested salvage for parts and do not carry any warranty written or implied, the sale of such items will be final and will be “SOLD AS IS”
• BULBS :=> IF INCLUDED with any lights ARE UNTESTED. Some items may require cleaning and or repainting b4 usage.
• It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product e.g. you get a left side and you had ordered a right side; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us immediately to get instructions on how to proceed.
• Insurance is included on all purchases
