Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery. We do not offer partial refunds or discounts. All items must be returned in the same condition as sent to the buyer. Items that are “New”, “New in Package” or “New with Tags” must be returned with tags attached and/or packaging sealed and unopened. All items with Serial Numbers will be verified prior to a refund being issued. Return shipping costs shall be paid by the buyer. In the event of damage during shipping, buyer is required to forward pictures via email so a claim can be made with USPS.
