Shipping policy

The Patter Attic ships only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship by USPS within one business day from purchase. The method we use for shipping is First Class Mail for Sewing Patterns and any lightweight items; Standard Shipping 1-10 days for items marked Free Shipping. We do not guarantee an exact shipping time for items, as the USPS delivers timely based upon outside factors such as bad weather.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Refunds are ONLY available for the following reasons:

(1) If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can refund your amount paid. If damaged, we WILL REQUIRE your assistance in obtaining information for filing our claim with USPS. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We can’t refund until we have information needed to file our USPS claim. We process any claims timely.

(2) If we don’t provide an accurate description or condition (you must contact us within 2 business days). We will evaluate your concerns fairly. Please note that our Fashion items are purchased from distribution firms and could have slight flaws such as dirt or imperfections. We will disclose any such flaws in our description of the item.

(3) For all Fashion Items, Jewelry, Shoes, etc. we will NOT accept returns just because (1) they do not fit, (2) you ordered the wrong size, (3) you don’t like the item, (4) it’s the wrong color. We provide very close measurements on all items to help you determine if they will fit. Colors depend on our camera, our monitor, and your monitor’s resolution. Colors could be slightly different than the pictures.

So, to wrap it up, we only refund the cost of the item if we have not accurately described the item or the condition, or if it arrives damaged. If we refund an item, it must be returned to us unless it arrived damaged; (we pay the shipping). You will be given instructions, and the item must be returned to us within 7 days with all tags still attached (if any) and in it’s original condition. We can’t refund until we receive the item back.

Miscellaneous details

PayPal is our preferred method for accepting your payment. Remember, you do not need to have a PayPal Account to pay using PayPal. You may use your debit or credit card through the checkout process which uses PayPal to process your payment. It is simple, quick, and secure. Thank You!
