Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

~All Items ship within 1-2 business days of completed payment.
~No shipping on weekends or holidays
~Tracking #s will be automatically uploaded upon shipment.
~We ship only to the address provided at checkout – No Exceptions!
~Please make sure your address is correct – we are not responsible for wrong or insufficient addresses

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

*We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
*Buyer pays for return shipping.
*Items must be unused, in same condition as received
and returned in their original packaging.
*Returns must include an RMA # that will be supplied upon return request -
please do not return packages without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items are :
a) used, washed or damaged by buyer
b) a different item than what was shipped is received back
c) return is shipped without prior authorization and / or outside of return window
