Shipping policy

SHOPANGO Return & Refund Policy
Customers can cancel an order at any time free of charge BEFORE its processing and shipping. To determine its status please reach out to our customer service department either by email, message, or phone at 954-266-6164 x.337.

Return Window:
Shopango customers are allowed a 30-day window from the shipping date to return an order for a refund or replacement, unless it is deemed a non-refundable case. To be considered for a full refund, the product must arrive in its original packaging and in the same new condition in which it left our warehouse with all its original contents. Applicable fees will be deducted from the full refund amount even if the product arrives in the aforementioned condition.

Non-Refundable Cases:
Shopango will honor most returns within the 30-day return period unless they fall under one or more of the below circumstances therefore deeming the return non-refundable.

1. Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window.
2. Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly or usage, blatant customer damage, etc.).
3. Products taken out of original packaging without manufacture defects.

Refundable and Returnable Items:
If an item is no longer desired, bought by mistake, does not meet your expectations, or you found a better price, returns will be accepted within the 30-day window, but they are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the refund amount.

The return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

In the case that an item is received not in its original packaging or missing any of its contents, a 35% restocking fee will be debited from the total refund amount.
If the item arrives with unmentioned damages or materially different than what was originally shipped, a 50% restocking fee subject to Shopango’s discretion will be deducted from the refund amount depending on the severity of the damage and/or material difference.

Damaged Goods:
Customers can contact our service department within 96 hours of receiving a product for a refund, replacement parts, or a full replacement if a product was received in unusable or damaged conditions. Whether or not a full replacement is necessary is up to Shopango’s discretion. Orders received by a customer in such condition will not be charged any additional cost for the return postage, replacement part or item.
Typically, we require photos of the damages to better understand the condition of the product and determine, if necessary, to return the product to send the replacement. In the case that this may happen, please do not dispose of the damaged items or original packaging, as it may be necessary to return the product. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may ask you to kindly allow us 1 business day before deciding on a course of action.

Return Process:

Please contact our customer service department with your order number indicating the item(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for the return.
At this moment, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) along with return instructions. Please take note of the tracking number provided to you and share that information with us so that we may properly and quickly assist you with the return and refund process.
Being that the return process involves several stages, it may take up to a week before we can issue credit for the order.
