Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Free Flat rate shipping is quoted for ground delivery inside the contiguous USA ONLY. Typically, we are able to process small non-dimensional orders via USPS. If we cannot ship your order to you, we will refund your payment.

Domestic Expedited Flat rate shipping is available on most items – Once processed allow 1-3 business days in transit.

We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding major holidays). If you are in Alaska or Hawaii additional shipping WILL be due. Should a vendor back order problem arise you will be notified via email.

Return Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by seller. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by seller & not added to the customer’s order. A 20% restocking fee applies. Requests must include Order ID # & e-mail. We ask that you read policies below prior to requesting a return. RMA’s must be requested within 14 days after you have received item. Do not ship back used, damaged, incomplete packaging or ineligible merchandise for a refund. All items that are mfg. sealed are not refundable/returnable once removed from sealed packaging. Products do not offer a trial period. Items returned showing signs of use or missing NEW original packaging are not returnable/refundable.

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredients, materials and product packaging. These may have slight variations for the content posted in this listing. Items may be received in clinical non-retail packaging. Unless otherwise noted in the listing we sell only new unused, equipment and supplies. We are an authorized dealer for the products we sell and we list items made by the manufacturer. This assures buyers manufacturer’s warranty, if any, applies. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented here.
